We offer four styles of sushi at Blue Pacific:
Nigiri - hand-formed seasoned rice topped with a bite-sized filet of fish
Sashimi - fresh, delicate slices of raw fish
Maki (sushi roll) - fish and/or vegetables rolled in seasoned rice and dried seaweed, cut into six or eight pieces
Temaki (handroll) - same as maki but rolled into the shape of a cone
